Meet Marek Beneš: Keeping Projects Moving

Marek Beneš is a core part of the PETAL POETRY LLC team. He's our main Project Coordinator. What does that mean? It means Marek makes sure your projects don't get stuck. He likes things clear and simple, no unnecessary fuss. If you have a project that feels like it's going nowhere, Marek is the person who gets it back on track.

He didn't start in an office. Marek grew up near České Budějovice, where he learned early on about fixing things and making them work. He spent years in smaller local businesses, learning how to juggle different tasks and deal with unexpected problems. This hands-on experience taught him more than any textbook ever could about real-world project challenges.

Marek's approach is very straightforward. He takes complex tasks and breaks them down into small, manageable steps. He checks in regularly, makes sure everyone knows what they need to do, and spots potential problems before they become big headaches. His goal is always the same: deliver results on time and without busting the budget. He doesn't believe in fancy words, just solid work.

He's especially good at seeing the whole picture. For example, when a new cafe needed help getting all their permits and setting up supplier contracts here in Prague, Marek handled it all. He worked with the city office, dealt with various suppliers, and made sure all the paperwork was correct. The cafe opened on schedule, largely thanks to his careful work.

What Marek enjoys most is seeing a project through to the end. He likes watching a plan come together and helping businesses grow. He knows how tricky things can get in the Czech business environment with all the different rules. His practical advice and calm way of handling stress make a big difference for our clients.

Away from work, Marek enjoys spending time outdoors, often hiking in the Krkonoše mountains. He believes that clear air and a good view help keep his mind sharp for solving tough project problems back in the office. This balance helps him stay focused and ready for whatever challenges come next.
